We are in search of an experienced arts/community co-ordinator to create and deliver outreach projects throughout the year.

The Participation Co-ordinator will be expected to contribute to fundraising efforts to support their work, which seeks to widen and diversify audiences, build new skills and talents, and foster enjoyment of the arts.

Salary: in the region of £25 – 30k pa pro rata

Hours: 3 days a week rising to full time during the Festival fortnight in October. We are happy to discuss flexibility around this.
