We:Connect Festival launches in Canterbury this weekend

We:Connect Festival takes place this weekend with music, workshops, theatre and more. Devised by a committee of young people, the We:Connect programme aims to offer fun and entertainment for all ages.

Due to a combination of factors including the National Rail strike and low numbers at some events – the student committee have made the decision to reschedule a handful of events until later in the year and consolidate others, so that all events will now take place at Canterbury College.

As an extra bonus they have also released a number of free tickets for events including the two live music concerts and theatre performances. Advanced booking is required but please only book if you will attend, as capacity is limited. We are incredibly proud of the team who have created such an exciting event and hope you can join us this weekend.

We:Connect is just one part of Reconnect Presents – a Kent-wide project funded by Kent County Council, providing young people with opportunities that they missed during the pandemic and lockdowns.
