Canterbury Festival Ticket Information

Concessions, where applicable, are detailed in the ticket price sections of each listing. Proof of status may be required.

The Festival aims to provide excellent access for our visitors. We are however, restricted by the design of the some of the older buildings, meaning that our venues have varying levels of accessibility. For access enquiries, please contact the Box Office to discuss your access needs with a member of the team. Wheelchair bays and accessible seats are available in many venues – if you would like to book these seats, please contact the Box Office on 01227 457568 or by email at [email protected] The Festival cannot accept responsibility for accessibility of Exhibitions, Artists’ Open Houses Trails and Umbrella events.

Booking Fees
Canterbury Festival tickets are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £1.50 per ticket which is an unavoidable administration cost. Prices listed in the Festival brochure include this charge (as stated in the promotional material) and are highlighted on individual event web pages and in the basket breakdown when booking online.

Refund Policy
In unavoidable circumstances, Canterbury Festival reserves the right to alter artists or programme content. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded unless an event is cancelled. In the event of an event cancellation, booking fees and postage fees are non-refundable.
