Canterbury Festival tickets are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of between £1.50 – £2 per ticket dependent on event – this is an unavoidable administration cost. Prices listed in the Festival brochure include this charge (as stated in the promotional material) and are highlighted on individual event web pages and in the basket breakdown when booking online.
In unavoidable circumstances, Canterbury Festival reserves the right to alter artists or programme content. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded unless an event is cancelled. In the event of an event cancellation, booking fees and postage fees are non-refundable.
